This unique design incorporates an inline swivelling connection ensuring a vertical dirt separator installation on angled pipe work.

Low Loss Header with air bleed, ball valve, insulation case and bracket.
The hydraulic separator allows you to work the primary circuit and secondary circuit independently.

EXPANSION TANK

Expansion vessel with replaceable membrane for closed heating systems.
The main purpose of the expansion tank is to compensate expansion due to the variation of the temperature in the heating system.
Expansion tank hoses, fittings and brackets are also available.
An expansion tank or expansion vessel is a small tank used to protect closed water heating systems and domestic hot water systems from excessive pressure. The tank is partially filled with air, whose compressibility cushions shock caused by water hammer and absorbs excess water pressure caused by thermal expansion.

PUMP CONNECT KIT

The pump connect kit includes a flanged ball valve with in-handle thermometer on one side and a flanged ball valve with T-handle on the other.
The pump connect kit is designed to support on-going maintenance, without draining the system.

INTABLOC CONNECT & STRAINER KIT

Connect kits designed for the Intabloc Heat Pump range to support ongoing hydronic maintenance including a Y strainer.

3 WAY VALVE

The motorised electric ball valve consists of a 3-Way 1” brass valve, has a 3.5N.m operating torque and the actuator requires AC230V power. It also consists of a 3-point actuator, which has both CW (clockwise) and CCW (counter clockwise) control inputs.

Modular thermoplastic manifold designed for simple additions to the heater circuits with minimal increase in resistance, thus allowing for reduced flow temperatures.
Designed with a flow rate meter on the supply segment and shut-off valve on the return.
Wide flow range with extremely low flow loss.

DISTRIBUTOR BLOCK

The hydronic distributor allows you to work the primary circuit and secondary circuit independently.
A hydronic distribution block is a convenient way of distributing flow from a single input source, to several locations.

PUMP ASSEMBLY

The pump assembly, with swivel connection, easily joins to the end of a manifold unit. The 3 way mixing assembly is ideal when space is limited and will automatically mix return with the supply water to ensure a set water temperature.
The assembly also has a visible thermometer and optional safety thermostat. Pumps are not included in the assemble.

The hydraulic switcher is ideal for hydronic balance and improved performance of a hydronic heating system.
This device separates the primary circuit from the secondary circuit giving improved balance and increasing the volumetric output, increasing the efficiency of the system.

OEM actuator is a thermo-electric actuator for opening and closing valves used in heating and cooling.
Control of circuit distributors allows for individual room temperature control and radiator control.

MWD5 WIFI -THERMOSTAT

The MWD5 WiFi thermostat allows you to remotely control your floor heating from any location, giving total comfort control. The touch screen thermostat has a built in programmable time-clock that automatically turns your floor heating temperature up and down at your programmed times.
The MWD5 requires a WiFi connection with internet access for remote control.

MTD3 - THERMOSTAT

The MTD3 thermostat is a manual air/floor sensing thermostat. Adjustable control allows you to set and maintain a constant temperature with an ON/OFF switch.

ETN DIN RAIL - THERMOSTAT

The ETN4 thermostat is a home automation compatible thermostat. Mounted in the switch board (DIN rail) and utilises the set back temperature function.
